Does any moms know any good excercises to help you loose weight especially in the stomach for extra skin i would appreciate this alot thanks

Walking is a really good overall exercise. A 20 minute brisk walk will make a big difference. If you want to target your stomach area the best thing is sit-ups. One thing I have realized as I have been trying to loose weight is to watch your portion sizes and your calories you comsume. I have lost a lot of weight just doing those two things. I believe it takes 3,000 calories to loose 1 pound, so you just have to be consquences of what you are consuming and what you are burning. I have found that it is hard to try to withhold yourself from some of those foods you crave. Instead find ways to make them with less calories. For example instead of margrine in cookies or cakes use applesauce. If you crave chocolates find which kinds of chocolates will give you less calories. Like instead of a hershey bar put a handful of m&ms in a bag. This will give you your choc. fix but also keep your calories lower. When eating fast food skip the fries. I once thought I could never get full unless I had the fries with my meal. I have realized that I have been eating more than what I really need. These are just things I have found that work for me. Many things I always knew (smaller portions, exercise, etc.) but it was not until I was ready to take that step that it really clicked in my head.
