A lot of nights I have to sit in my kids' room for 20mins or so till they pass out. They are 2 1/2 and 4. It sucks, but they do sleep.

i usually let doka run around and tire herself out, shower then she sleeps like a log

What happens when you put him down to sleep? Is he playing all night? or is he just tossing and turning?
