For this group? It entails making sure that the posts are not out of order or rude or crude. As the admin, you can have some people help you moderate the conversations by making them moderators. Please let me know if you visit the group enough to have a good idea of what is going on in the conversations. As an admin, you have some control over the conversations and if they become offensive.
