At what age is it best to start potty training?

I have a 20 month old little girl and I was wondering when is the best time to start potty training I hear 2 yrs.old and then I hear I should start now.......just wondering any suggestions???

i guess they say wait until 2 or 2 1/2 it depends on the kid go to www.parents.com for a list of readiness signs & huggies or pampers will send u out a potty training kit it also has signs for when to start
