My 15 month old is a baby cry. Since I work, i can only discipline him my way when i'm home and my mother in law, who's terrible at disciplining children, watches him all day. What book do you all recommend for discipline?

Dr Sears is good as posted above. Lots out there, but depends on your beliefs. I borrow books from the library and read them before I buy. Good way to preview. At your son's age most books recommend distraction/baby proofing as their `discipline' methods though. Crying at 15 months old is very normal. By the way you are very lucky to have a mother in law(paid or not) to watch your son while you work. You have to accept she will be different from you and is doing you a big favour!

Dr. Sears has a lot of great books out there. He's into positive parenting. I would recommend him.
