Hi everyone, my daughter is 28 months and I need to get her potty trained. I've been looking at that 3 day method on the web (its a book you download) I think the jist of it is you have the kiddos in regular underwear and they realize they don't like the feeling of pee or poop in their pants and start to recognize when they have to go and use the potty.

Wondering if anyone has tried this andif it worked, or what method worked best for you.. Thanks for any advice...

My daughter is 25 months old and she has told me she needs to go to the potty only like 2 times. Which is weird because i know she knows "the feeling" but she won't go in the potty all but 2 times. I have the same question on how to get her to be potty trained. My mother in law suggested the regular underwear but i never heard that before, until your post. I guess it could be very messy but i wonder if thats effective aswell? or what methods work?

I went a got "The No-Cry potty Training Solution" by Elizabeth Pantley. It's great-- I usually have to take parenting books with a grain of salt because they're so pushy about how to parent "right," but this book is great because it works with pretty much any style of parenting.
