Big girl panties?

My daughters were born at 27 weeks both weighing less than 2 pounds. Now they are 20 months old, but still very small (17 pounds). We are wanting to start potty training in the near future, but since they are wear size 9-month clothes, does anyone have any idea where we can find "big girl" underwear in such a small size? The smallest I have been able to locate is 2T and that is just waaaaaaay to big for them. Also, any ideas on if they make pull-ups that small?

when my daughter started potty training she wore 2t panties and she was 30 lbs.... as far as pull ups what about using those new huggies that slide on instead of using tabs? Do you know some one who sews? You could buy cloth diapers and sew the sides?

yes they do the 2t isn't really a 2 it is definitely smaller. As for panties try training pants instead of panties they are a little smaller and can be found in the baby section at walmart.
