Tonight is the 3rd night in a row that after an hour of hay sleeping he would start coughing and literally puke. I thought it was allergies, but after the first 2 times, I put him in my bed and he wouldn't cough at all. I sanitized the room and bought a crazy expensive air purifier. I don't know what is going on in that room. #Somethings gotta be fixed because I cant keep watching hay puke out everything and cry;((

There might be mold under the carpet or something like that. Maybe you could sleep him in the living room or something for the time being until you figure it out. Poor boy!

make sure he is nice and warm and the room is nice and warm my daughter has woken up early hours of the morning coughing although she was rugged up well the cold air that she breathed made her a bit mucusy and cough. I would get the carpets shampooed our kids have been better since we moved into a rental property although they say the carpets are professionall cleaned they probably aren't. My father in law has a professional carpet cleaner the amount of dirt we got out of the carpet was disgusting and the carpets still look kinda bad. The amount of crap we got my father in law wreckons the carpets haven't been cleaned in years and the carpet itself would have to be about 30 years old. I'd also get your son checked out just to make sure it's not something worse coughing like that could be asthma or pertussis you just never know but it's best to be on the safe side and get him checked out or could be just allergies or something worse.

It's very possible. But if you bought an air purifier that should have done the trick.......seems odd to me. Maybe there are dust mites it's not getting? I would clean the entire room and sanitize it. Then see where that takes you. There may be some things the air purifier can't get.
