I need to know why she does it over and over again. Spanking putting her in time out taking away things she likes and much more it doesnt help

Can't really give you advice without more information! If she's only one the advice would be completely different than a 3 year old. And specifics would be helpful too!

With the info you have provided, try the same thing. When she calls "mommy" ignore. Then explain that when she doesn't listen, you don't listen. Works especially good around meal times (not suggesting you starve her). Let her miss out on a few things that are important to her in her mind. The nap was not what I had in mind.
