My 19 month daughter loves eating cream dory fish, easily available here in Dubai. It's filleted, boneless, scaleless, tasty and easy to prepare, so I love it too! But is it a healthy fish for kids? Help, please!

The bigger concern at this age is the mercury level in the fish. If it's from a fish farm, there's not going to be any mercury in it, so the fish will be safe to eat. And in terms of the fat content, your 19 month old needs healthy fats to help her grow. If you fry it with a lot of butter or oil, you will want to use your best judgement to make sure she's not getting too much of the bad fats in her diet.

Usually they are not very healthy.
Try to do them your self. Find a boneless fish, deep them in egg and bread crums, put some tasty herbs. Try to go natural and avoid the fried food.

I don't know much about dory fish but check the mercury content. That is the main thing to be concerned about.
