It's summer and i am needing some cold lunch ideas for my four year old (besides PB&J's). Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

My Daughter has food allergies to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame..so we can't do mayo type salad sandwiches and we have to be careful of "snack" foods which tend to either have sesame or possible traces of peanuts, etc...
Cream cheese and raisin sandwiches (or you can spread cream cheese on raisin bread instead); pinwheel sandwiches: tortilla, meat, cheese..roll into "log" and slice; fruit salad with cheese and crackers; ants on a log with a side of fruit; waffle jelly sandwiches: jelly spread between two toasted waffles (great cold); fruit with vanilla yogurt for dipping; salsa & chips with cheese and meat roll ups; turkey dinner wrap: deli turkey meat, stuffing (yes my daughter likes it cold) and cranberry sauce in a tortilla sandwich wrap; cream cheese pinapple and ham sandwich, carrot salad and ham pinwheels: shredded carrot, raisins and honeymustard "salad" and ham rolled in a tortilla and sliced; yogurt parfait: layer of yogurt, then fruit, then yogurt, etc...
Enjoy! :)

pasta/veggie salads, turkey w/lettuce/tomatoes (or ham or any of the deli meats), chicken/green salad, cold noodle salads (throw in some fresh or grilled peppers and grilled chicken), pizza (i know it's not "cold" but kids like room-temp pizza for some reason)
