Dealing with a very picky eater?

My son is very busy and doesn't want to sit still to eat, besides he is very picky. Any suggestions?

I"m in a situation where my daughter will only eat friut or bread. I actually quit trying for a while . Ok if you want pears, and berries and bananas for every meal. Ok . I am only now starting to try again. I want to put something different out for her every dinner. last night it was cheesy cauliflower and broccoli . she had two bites. My advice is too keep trying. Kids go thru a fixation phase too. I'm told it will pass

Put food in bowls around the house or on a table that he can eat when he wants. Cereal, fruits, crackers.. He can eat when he wants :) my mom had to do this with me lol
