My son is 13 months old and he seems to be going through a growth spurt / teething. Any advice for coping mechanisms?

My son has had a growth spurt from 3 months of age! and I mean big ones! He skipped sizes! I just got him the next size up so that he could grow into them.

As for the teething, I used a comination of teething gel (the recommended amount) and paracetamol.
