hello everyone!! i need some help...how do i get my 2 year old daughter to drink her milk? i have tried everything and it doesn't seem to work

thanks for the reply.. that carnation essential looks really good.. but the problem is we don't have that available here at the store. I'm in Philippines right now. there's not that much choices. thanks for the info. right now, she's eating yogurt and some yogurt drink.

Just make sure she's getting calcium and healthy fats from other foods and don't worry about the milk if she doesn't like it. There are other ways to get the benefits that milk offer without drinking milk.

I buy carnation instant breakfast for my daughter it comes in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and some other flavors. She gets vitamins and minerals from it, but I only use it once a day. http://www.carnationbreakfastessentials....

yeah i have tried chocolate, she did like at some point in time but then she loose interest. what she only like to drink is a yogurt drink that has strawberry, blueberry juice in it. she's a picky eater too.

Have you tried offering chocolate, strawberry, malted, milk or even smoothies?
