Hello! My 21 month old has a little cough that wakes him (and us) up throughout the night. What to do?

Hi :) My 21 month old has a little cough that wakes him (and us) up throughout the night. He has no fever, no congestion, no runny nose. Ive been giving him plenty of water. What else can I do? Thank you in advance!!

try getting a wedge pillow and have him sleep at a small gradient as this can help with any mucus or saliva that can pool at the back of the throat and make them cough, or it could be an allergy to something in his pillow if he has one.

but if its a real concern talk to a doc and get their advise.
