My son is 4 years old. He is on crappy soy Pediasure and only eats pizza, sometimes pasta, chicken and french fries. No vegetables at all. He is so picky. His doctor says he is failure to thrive and is very underweight. This is the scariest thing I've ever had to deal with. I've been using flax seed oil to try to put on some weight. I have not tried smoothies but I will today after reading a few posts on here. He does like apple juice and vanilla ice cream. He fights me tooth and nail for anything new. Any one else have a similar problem and know how to get veggies and fruits or supplements into his very limited diet?

Will he eat mac and cheese? Can you blend up some spinach and sneak it in there? Try sneaking veggies into things. Maybe blend carrots with the mac and cheese. Failure to thrive is pretty serious.....
