She only drinks milk out of her bottle, and when I try and give her milk in her sippy cup; she will take one sip and that's it. Any advice? She will drink everything else just fine from her sippy cups.

Get rid of the bottle, tell her she's a big girl so your giving her bottle to a little baby that needs it, take her to the store to pick out a big girl sippy cup and only give her milk to drink in her sippy cup. She'll probably drink it sooner than you think if she knows that's her only choice.

my 2 year old was the same when i was trying to get her to drink milk from the sippy cup, but i took the bottle away completely. she still refused to drink milk from the sippy cup until recently. if you want to take the bottle away completly i think you should keep trying the milk in the cup but until she agrees to drink from it, just make sure you have lots of yogurts for her to eat instead so she still gets the calcium. as long as shes drinking juice and such from the cup she should eventually start drinking milk too.... maybe try warming the milk up, that was one of the reasons my daughter didnt want the milk it was too cold and with a cup the liquid comes out a lot faster than with a bottle so is a bit of a shock if the milks too cold.

You have to be strong & just take the bottle away. She is plenty old enough to not have a bottle any more. We switched our daughter at a year old to only sippy cups. She was happy to take it with juice in it but not milk but eventually she gave in cuz that was her only option.

hi, i stopped giving my daughter a bottle when she was about 15 months, she would only drink water/juice out of her cup just like your daughter!
she refused 2 drink the milk out of a cup she is now 2 and has never drunk milk from a cup lol,
she still has a bottle at bedtime with milk but hasnt drunk milk in the day since 15months!! my daughter is extremly stubborn!!
i just made sure she ate lots of yoghurts and i gave her multivitiams.

I just wrote Jordan in the previous post this comment, hope it helps! When I switched my daughter, at first she also refused the sippy cup. So, I refused to give her milk in anything but the sippy cup. I took about a day and a half of no milk when she finally caved and started drinking from the cup. I don’t know how stubborn your daughter is, but my daughter is very stubborn and I think she gave in pretty quickly. Good luck.
