I have a 3 year old boy who was hard to get potty trained and at this point is about 80% there. He will even change his own pull ups if he has an accident.. So what I tried and seemed to work was: He wanted to go to Chuck e cheese so I told him that Chuck e cheese does not allow 3 year olds in pull ups to go. So when he pooped on the potty he could go, it took a while and he continued to see the commercials and I kept reminding him about the rule. He finally pooped and we went, he has been pooping ever since. I tried jelly beans, stickers, etc but the only thing that worked was Chuck e cheese. i know it is wrong to brib the kid, but it worked for me and it sure beats changing the pull ups. Good luck....
