how can you stop a 5 year old to keep biting her nails?

zoe is my eldest daughter whi just turned 5 last march 29. my problem is that she keeps biting her nails. it's been months now that her fingernails been clipped. what should i do?

You can get this wonderful polish called No Bite from your local pharmacy or Wal-Mart. They often stock it in the baby section, and it's labeled as for stopping thumb sucking. It's a clear polish that tastes awful when you put your nails in your mouth. It works for us, and my son is 4.
