How to get 3 yr old to poop in toilet?

Thanks to all your advice...YES I tried the naked thing he just hides...I've tried no underwear...but I haven't tried the after thing I did for a minute but thought this is pointless hows he goin to learn after he already done the damage I'll try it...

I know EXACTLY what you are going through. My 3 and a half year old does the same thing. The best thing I found is to strip him of him clothes for a day and take him into the potty every hour. My son knows to poop in the potty now but only when hes naked. (Thats my current dilemna)..but its a step.
