I am still breastfeeding my 18 months old daughter. We have tried to give EBM and powder milk when she was 12 months from bottle but she refused it. Now, I want to stop breastfeed and to give full fat cow's milk and dont know how? (Since she refuses bottle and only drinks sip by sip from her cup).
Any suggestions?

My daughter didnt love milk at first either but grew to like it. She never had a bottle just breastfeeding and a sippy cup. At 18 months there is zero need for a bottle. Keep offering the cup with milk or water and let your daughter drink as much as she wants. Start limiting breastfeeding to certain times such as wake-up, nap and bedtime only. Then take away each of those feeds 1 at a time. It may take a couple of months to completely wean her. If she wants to breastfeed at other times offer her the cup instead. If your daughter is eating dairy from other sources such as cheese and yogurt not drinking milk is okay.

your very lucky, i terms of being able of feed that long my ds was 11mths when he bit me so hard he drew blood he didnt like it and stopped :( do you use a nipple guard? if not try it it gives them the taste of the laytex nipple while having comfort of your boob! i have had many friends who have used this method to get them used to a bottle teat at 18 mths let her try the milk from the cup during the day and a quick boob at nyt b4 bed or at the last feed, apart from that i cant think of anymore tips sorry good luck :)
