I am trying to find a good lightweight stroller, my son is 18 months and 24lbs. I would like to find one that will last for the next two years. I have been doing some research but as many good reveiws there are equally the same bad ones for each stroller. Does anyone have any recomondations? I have been looking at ones like the Baby planet lightweight, the chicco and Mia Moda Cielo Evolution Ultra Compact Stroller any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went through two jogging strollers within a few days of each other before I purchased the bob revolution stroller. It was the best purchase I've made since my daughter was born. She's 18 months now and the stroller will hold up to 70 pounds. It's pricey but they hold there value so you can resell them when you are done. I think it weighs 25 lbs it folds up nicely and has a handle to carry it.

It's not an expensive, top-of-the-line stroller, but I have a Jeep rugged , lightweight stroller that is barely broken in, if you are interested. What a cutie you have!

Let me know if you are interested,

Amanda

I haven't heard of it... Try to find reviews online. One reason I went with Maclaren is they're a tried-and-true brand, you KNOW they're good quality as people have been using them for years and they're well-known. But if you find something you like better than also seems to be good quality, then go for it!

Thank you guys so much for all the info,,I started to research the Maclaren and came accross the Joovy Groove....anyone know about these?,,anyway it seems to be just as stylish and more for the money,,it comes with two seats and two conopys ,,so you can alternate when cleaning as well as rain/wind cover and more,,,I think I am almost sold on it!

We have a Maclaren, and it's such a great stroller. Lightweight, but still has a good basket, decent recline, etc. You can scout ebay and craigslist.org for last year's models (brand new) for half the price, or check out Toys R Us, I got my Triumph there for about $100.

I have the City Mini double stroller for my kids (18.5mths and 5mths) and I love it. It comes in a single version and everyone I know who has this in either the single or double loves it. I have the Maclaren Techno in the single and we love that as well but the city mini is hands down the best stroller.

I really like the McClaren stroller. We bought one for our daughter (pink/gray) when she was about 1 and she is now 2 1/2. I'm sure she'll be able to use it for a couple of more years to come. They sell them at Target I know for around $100. It's very sturdy and has a strap so that you can carry over your shoulder when folded up.
