My 2 yo loves veggies. Buy only from the freezer and not cooked. is this ok?

I wouldn't think so. I would just be happy for my 2 year old to eat any veggie at all, because she won't eat a single kind whether cooked, raw, frozen, fresh, etc.

I used frozen veggies when my kids were teething, and now that they are a little older, still get into the freezer and eat frozen peas, broccoli, cauliflower, etc. When I was young, we always used to freeze cherries and grapes. Delicious. :)

My kid, too! She snacks on frozen corn, peas, or beans while I cook supper, and then I don't have to worry if she eats her veggies when we sit down to eat. I love it!

Much healthier than frozen sweet treats :) I think it's awesome. My boy ignores most green things except Japanese seaweed salad so I'm jealous. He barely eats solids but can recognise a packet of biscuits (not that he's allowed to eat them often) at 100 feet.

My daughter has a preference for frozen broccoli. I think it's disgusting. But I figure, meh - at least she's eating the broccoli. Keep offering fresh and one day your little one will eat it. In the mean time, frozen isn't going to hurt!

I agree. I see nothing wrong with eating frozen vegies. Most kids wont even vegies.

Hi Lisa,
I would love it if my kids would eat any veggies. At this point even off the floor. I dont see anything wrong with it and they are always in season. {:+)
