I was wondering if there would be some moms willing to check out my book. It is an Alphabet book, but it is completely different than the others that are out there. (I'll provide title and link information should you be interested. I don't want to violate any solicitation policies).

I have been rather isolated trying to get this done, and I have not had any feedback from other moms. I am somewhat new to my neighborhood and don't have many people who I trust.

I know I don't know any of you personally, but this Circle of Moms group is testament enough for me.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Warm Regards,

Rebecca (a.k.a, Dr. Bee)

Hi Patricia! You can go to www.alphabetliving.com

Scroll down, beyond the page layout teasers, and the first choice is the book link.

Or, you can click the side bar for the book (there is also a second tier navigation book link).

Check out is easy breezy!

Thanks so much for your interest. And, as we are a word of mouth venture, anyone you tell about Alphabet Living would be greatly appreciated.

Best,

Dr. Bee

sure, my 3 year old loves all alphabets and new things. and i love teaching those big/unusual words that are not so common to my children. so i'm guessing we would all enjoy it. :o)

Dear Louise,

It is for all ages actually.

My son is 4 y.o., and though he obviously doesn't understand everything in the book, he is absorbing more than anyone would think—the illustrations help with the understanding as well. He has known the alphabet for a few years, but the self-efficacy he experiences through repetition is priceless. Across the board, from young to teen, kids seem to like the illustrations, which assist in innately 'getting' the concepts.

I have also heard that adults enjoy reading it themselves, as simple truths are always relevant (kids, or no kids around). I suppose its ABC framework will be a turnoff for some adults, but my hope is that it ultimately wiggles into the collective conversation.

The short answer is Alphabet Living is applicable to anyone who is interested.

We consider it A Way of Life.

Thanks for your question. It is one that pops up, and I need to be able to address it with the press.

Best,

Rebecca (a.k.a, Dr. Bee)

What age is this for? If this is for children I think I would have trouble explaining experience, authentic, yearning and zest . The others I could break down to make my 3.5 year old understand.
