My daughter is 2 yrs old , now a days she is watching laptop for long hours.
Recently I saw her crossing eyes rarely.
Is that a squint?
It's necessary to consult a doctor?
I am worrying about it please give suggestion.

No he's not too young and better to check it out. As someone said above children are slightly far sighted so it may be nothing. BUT...TV can cause problems in the eye muscles by causing them to remain in a one position for long periods of time. Many children who develop an almost OCD blinking habit is due to this senario. If you catch it in time it can be corrected with eye excercises.

I just had the same thing with my daughter... Kids generally have a slight case of far sightedness i was told and grow out for it... the squinting could be because he is tired and is trying to focus or just playing around with how things look through the eye lashes etc... I have been told that you should look at getting eyes tested bout 3 only cause they can respond to the questions better i think but gives a base then to do it every couple of years after that... I did it early only cause we have a history in my family of stigmatisums etc but i wouldn't worry just yet..
