It takes her over an hour sometimes to get to sleep and it is done in our bed. Once she is finally asleep we try to move her to her bed but she wakes up. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas please message me!!! Thanks

She does have a bed routine, the problem is that she does no like to sleep in her bed. We are in a one bedroom so her bed is right beside our. It is converted to a big girl bed because she would not get close to her crib. She does seem to sleep well at night its just the transition from our bed to hers thats the problem. The dream pillow we will try for sure. Thanks

Things that worked for us...
A special animal friend, a dream pillow (with herbs like lavender), dream catcher, and a Dora night light. We follow some Native traditions and Pagan as well. We follow basically the same routine every night. Bath, massage (with Johnson's nighttime lotion) reading time and then good night. When things got too sleep deprived (between us and the kids) our pediatrician suggested melatonin. It's a natural sleep aid. Good Luck.
