You could try fruit smoothies. A ripe banana and milk makes a simple smoothie.
A friend of mine gets her son to drink milk by making Ovaltine.
My daughter usually likes milk, but when she resists I offer it when she's thirsty. When she wakes up from her nap she is looking for a drink. If she asks for juice I just say "no" until she finishes the milk.

my nephew stopped drinking milk one day also...so my sister-in-law started making chocolate milk...or strawberry milk instead...it seemed to work. he drinks it just fine.

my son went through that at about 18mo. I added a little bit of strawberry flavor and he's 3 now and he still loves his milk

How about trying milkshake mixers ?? I went through the same thing, and still am, she rarely drinks straight milk, so i keep her stocked up with lots of yogurts and cheese etc and add lots of milk to her food, ie porridge and mash etc

Put a little sugar in the milk and then wing them off the sugar being added
