My 22 month old doesn't want to nap anymore. Do I make her lay down anyway?

My 22 month old has always took a nap in the middle of the day. The past month or so she has started to lay in her crib the whole time and laugh, jump and kick. Then after I get her up she throws tantrums the rest of the day. She sleeps all night, but gets up early . She acts sleepy when I put her down. Should I continue to lay her down in her crib or do I try letting her stay up and put her to bed earlier?

When my boy was that age he started to cut his naps out also, my suggestion would be to choose maybe 2-3 days of the week where you put her down and the other days where you dont. As i found out that if you cut the nap out completely straight away he was likely to crash late in afternoon and up until late as he assumed he had his nap that he could now play
