If your child has difficulty communicating at age 3, you should try real hard to get the money for the expensive specialist (Speech pathologist). He may need only a few sessions to evaluate and they could give you exercises to do at home. But this is a significant delay.

The first step of the mothers of the appetizers are having their first child must begin to speak with her child from the sixteenth week, because it is very necessary so that there is communication and a strong link between the mother and her child
It should be noted that the sense of hearing to the fetus begins to work, since the sixteenth week of pregnancy, the fetus begins to hear voices around him such as; the flow of blood in the veins of the mother and the voice of the movement of the digestive system and the voice entry of air into the lungs

Studies indicate that the best voices in the fetus is the sound strikes the heart of the mother, and says there is: reassure the baby while listening to the heartbeat of the mother, which makes him restless, and that is why put doctors fetus on the chest of his mother immediately after birth to feel the blows to her heart Fahdo

After six months of pregnancy, the child begins to pick up and hear the sounds outside the womb and the mother begins sensing the movement of the fetus within it, especially when listening to the voice of the mother or father in the last third of pregnancy the fetus can listen carefully to what is going on in the outside world

Experts recommend that you talk to the mother and her unborn child sings because it helps her mother in check after it is born if they listened to the same tones and the voice of singing. This is the biggest proof that the child was listening to those voices

It's a difficult problem because it is my first child I did not have any experience in education or dealing with him was like most of the time sitting in front of the TV from the age of 6 months watching children's programs, I did not talk to him much.
Now, after reading and to look at and contact with mothers who have experience I began to notice the mistakes committed in the education of my son and put a treatment plan and I want to benefit from all the mothers that have the same problems of mothers and appetizers who birth the first baby

If they diagnosed him with autism it's probably what it is. I was going to say it earlier but didn't want to upset you. I'm sure you could get another opinion, but it DOES sound like autism. I worked with autistic children for 5 years on and off. I know the symptoms. You're husband has no right to be angry.

He needs to support his son. He will need a lot of support and a lot of things. You will have to tell his school when he is old enough to go so that you can get special help. You can go to Autism Speaks, find your local Autism Chapter and many many other things. Be proactive NOW! There is also a group here for moms with kids who have autism. I will send you the link.

Recently we went to CDC to review my son 3 yrs old development, within 10-15mins doctor observing him n try to talk to him he don't bother n doctor has diagnoised him with AUSTIM spectrum disorder. My husband was very angry when he knew about it. Actually my son fully understand we talk n others or even can play with his sister or others just that when come to stranger tried talking or calling him he will not want to response. Thus I
Do not know whether should we listen to doctor to get h further review to certified him as an AUSTIM kid? As what we believed he is delay in speech. As he can said out like yes or no or oh no n he mumble alot. He a smart boy everything we teach him or we do after a moment he do it by himself. Really very confuse n do not know what should I do??????

Well, neither can you. If he can't understand you, then talk to his pediatrician and ask to see a specialist. Then call your local school district and get him signed up for speech therapy ASAP.

You can start to research how speech therapy is done and try to mimic it in your daily lives.

He can't understand you or you can't understand him? I can hardly understand your post.
