I agree about the healty food but I think that your daughter also need more activities during the day like playing couple of hours with other kids her age or ridding little bycikle or feeding the birds in the park. She will be bussy playing and forgot about the food.

Give her healthy foods to eat and avoid junk food. Include high protein foods at meal time. They will help keep her full for longer. My son has gone through growth spurts where he eats all day long as well. When they are growing I think it's very normal for their appetites to increase. Children are much more active than we are and they will burn off the calories.

Try give her more filling meals so that she is fuller for longer lots fibre like ready break for breakfast, bannas, just filling foods so that she will burn off that energy in between meals and yer as long as you give her healthy choices you shouldant be concerned about her getting fat , every mum is concerned about wht there child is eating and how much My daughter loves apples, Ready bread rice pudding, pasta Jacket patatoes she has been recentley going through a growth spirt.

That's very true about being thirsty vs. being hungry! I offer my daughter water in her cup all day long.......sometimes I even nudge her to, " Have a sip of water! "........she more often than not will pick up her sippy cup and chug back some water! Sometimes reminding them is necessary! LOL! My daughter is only 17 months and I find she's always wanting to eat as well! Like Amanda said, offer her healthy snacks in between meals and watch her weight! I'm sure she'll be just fine?!! My doctor told me my daughter was a tad bit overweight at her 12 month check up but since she's been upright and running around more active she's totally thinned out! It's not so much what or how much ur feeding them but making sure they're active every day! Your daughter might just have an extremely high metabolism and needs to refuel more often! Keep up the good work!

hi there... hopefully its nothing serious but check her sugar level, other than that if she has snacks right through the day then try to cut it down to full meals. she might be trying to replace her bottle with food. try foods that will fill her more like oats, eggs, fruits etc. other than that she might just be going through a growth spurt and you will see her appatite change. Let us know how its going then maybe we can make other suggestions

Give her larger helpings at each meal, and give her healthy choices between meals. Some 2 year olds can eat and eat all day depending on how busy they are. Your child will not get fat as long as you are giving her healthy choices. Also offer her a drink between meals sometimes children cant tell the difference between needing a drink and being hungry.
