my daughter is goig to be 3 in january and iam just wondering if anybody else is going through this. every night for the past month my daughter gets up crying "tia's crying at the gate" and get louder and louder till my 1 1/2 yr old son wakes up this is bothe at 10pm and 4am. i have tryed laying with her to settle her which ends up in a tantrum i have tryed ignoring it hoping she'll go back to bed i have even brought her downstairs nothing seems to work.at the moment she shares her room with her younger brother hence her screams wake him up aswell.

can any body give advise on the matter please, ive completely lost the plot with this one and finding it really hard to stay calm HELP!!!!!

thanks guys her nappies are dry at night,just put them on ust incase! and ill give kse cheers :)

If you KNOW she's up consistently at those times, what about getting to her room RIGHT before 10 so that when she wakes you can help settle her back down? With my dd, if I can get to her before she's fully awake, she is SO easy to re-settle. If I wait until she's fully awake, she is a lot more grumpy.

That's a difficult one, and you must be all suffering from the broken sleep. Is she potty trained or still wearing a nappy at night? I only ask because when our girl was still wearing a nappy at night, she would wake during the night with a very wet full nappy and be quite upset. Once she started having dry nights, her sleeping settled down again.
