My daughter is not a big fan of milk. She is fourteen months old, i recently switched from formula to whole milk. Recently she doesn't like her milk. like She is not lactose intorlent or anything. I don't think she likes the taste of it. So i put a little bit of chocolate or strawberry flavoring in the milk to adden the flavor of it. She drinks it all gone. But i m worried that she will become accustomed to it and may have extra fat/calories that she may not need and will end up having health or dental problems. Am i over reacting, should i stop adding flavoring to her milk. Is this normal?

My son doesnt like milk either so i just make sure that he has plenty of cheese and yoghurt instead. they dont need to drink milk but just make sure that she has other sources of calcium available to her.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL... I USE THE FLAVOR MILK FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. I JUST USED LESS OF IT EACH TIME I GAVE IT TO HER UNTIL SHE NO LONGER KNEW THE DIFFERENCE

My son was the same way and my hubby and i worried that he would always want it like that. So for about a week or so i put the chocolate powder in . After that i did it every other day:) Good Luck

Do you still warm her milk up for her? My daughter did that when I switched her from formula to milk but it was because I stopped warming her milk. As soon as I started warming it up she would take it with no problems.
