My baby otherwise is doing everything his age like he is potty trained,counts till 20,knows his ABCs n rhymes and has a very gud observation skill.He has just started putting together 2-3 words sentences together.he uses lots of words while talking.The problem is when he does have a conversation,most of it is baby talk and we are not able to understand what he is talking:(.Do u think i should be worried????

Hey AS... my baby is exposed to three languages.We speak in Nepali(our mothertongue) and english with him at home.And in school the teachers n other staff there speaks either english or in hindi.I guess the exposure to three languages is making him take a little longer to speak like kids his age.

Is your baby exposed to just one language or more? There has been an increased awareness about how children acquire language when they are exposed to more than one.
