Yes Michelle. She used to eat veggies. But she lost interest now. Am trying various ways to get her eat. Hoping it's a phase and she would start eating then back. Doctor has discussed. It's a long process but I will have to do it somehow.

So plain vegetables are great.
Just potatoe, carrot, pumpkin etc. Yes it may sound boring but if you are having to do a diet of elimination then that's what you need to do.
You then slowly introduce different things and allow at least 5 days before introducing something else.
Surely your doctor has discussed this with you.

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your reply. We are vegetarians. I forgot to add in my original post she has reflux too and is on omeprazole. She is extremely gassy too. So it's becoming extremely difficult to find out what's causing what. She is advised to be on lactaid milk for few days as they have recently suspected her to be lactose intolerant. Any more ideas I would really appreciate and look forward too

Anything that doesn't have dairy in it would be fine.
Lactose intolerance isn't that hard to work around. Meat and vegetables don't have lactose.
