Hi Katherine I m blogging for the first time. I need help. My son is 2.5 yrs v sweet ,mischievous. I m a housewife my frustration comes out on my child. He gets scared immediately. I m trying to control my anger on him but somehow it happens.

Recently I noticed he too has started getting angry,bitting himself, sometimes spitting on me or others. I feel bad becoz of my behaviour ( certain times) he is behaving like this.

I would like to kw will this leave scar in his mind about me as a bad mom. Please help me to change my behaviour towards him.
