I am just not sure to go about potty training my 2 year old son. He cries every time we sit him on his potty...I don't know what to do.

I didn't start potty training my boys until i noticed that they would wake with dry pull-ups shakeem was 2 and jahsheem is now 3. Then once they have done that i had them go to the bathroom with there father.. and watch him for a full week and then i brought them boxers like daddys.. which made them feel like big boys.. then i would start in the morning with waking them up to go to the bathroom and every hour after that i would have them try to go to the bathroom.. then they would get the feel of things and start to go with out me asking.. and in 1 week or 2 of the same routines they started goin on there own..

with my daughter she didn't want to go cuz she always was doin' somethin' like coloring or watching t.v. so we decided to put her little potty in the living room and that way she would go when she needed to and we slowly moved the potty into the bathroom.

Maybe he's not ready . Maybe have him pick out his potty use stickers ... Mini pops anything he will see as a reward . My daughters been trained for a while , she showed sighns at 15 months just getting use to idea of a potty I started with little potty had pee pan . Didn't fully start till 17 this was actually on the potty. Also traveling the have one that folds walmart 10$ love it .
