my daughter is three years old and has showed me that she knows how and when to use the potty but she is starting to go backwards with potty training. i have tryed putting her on the potty every hour and letting her sit for about 5 minutes but as soon as she getting off the potty she goes in her panties. I have to keep her in daipers so that she doesnt go pee or poop on stuff

Hello! What I would suggest you do is get rid of the diapers and get the plastic pants and training panties. I have realized when potty training my son that when I have pull ups on him, he thinks they are diapers so he goes. I have heard alot about this happening so maybe it is just a phase. I say just stick to your guns and hopefully she pulls through it!! :-)
