When they are ready is the best time to start!!! I started as soon as my first child was 2, & he wasn't ready, I stressed out for 6 months over it, then one day he asked to go, and we've never looked back! Defeinately get them interested in the potty etc.. but don't push them or stress

My daughter is 16 months and I've already started potty training. I bought her a potty doll, put on a potty video and sit her on the potty as much as possible. I haven't had to chage a #2 diaper in a few days now!

If he shows an interest in using the potty, if he doesn't like sitting in a soiled diaper, if you go to www.huggies.com they have tips too & a free DVD you can order to help with potty training. Let him see you using the "potty" as often as possible to help pique his interest.
