Here's my short list to kick off. My boy just turned 3 and I am more comfortable with him playing with the iPHone now. Especially after i found out many of my friends let their kids earlier and their vocabulary have been improving..

toodler lock. it lockes your phone so he cant get into to make calls texts or email but as he toches the screen he can color do shapes n it makes noises but it can function like the phone while in toodler lock
