It's not a cold, just a side effect of teething. My friend's son gets the runny nose really bad when he is teething but by daughter hardly got it at all. It will go away when the teeth come through.

Runny noses are common with teething. Just use saline drops in his nose and keep wiping it clean or use the bulb aspirator if it's really bad. It's not a cold unless he shows other symptoms. Treat the teething pain. I used to give my son infant motrin or advil for his pain, especially when he couldn't sleep.

its not actually a cold, I usually treat the teeth with some baby orajel and a cold teething ring and if it still hurts a low dose of infant tylenol. the runny nose just keep wiping and or use little noses saline spray and suck it out with the expirator

Runny nose is a very common sympton of teething. Administer some teething medication such as Brauer Teething Relief and once the teeth are cut, the nose will stop running. Get bubs to chew on anything they can to help the tooth break through and relieve some pressure.
