Hello. I'd like to let all of those moms who have trouble with kids who won't eat any fruits or veggies know that there is a way to sneak fruits and veggies into the foods they do like to eat. For example, my 3 year old loves pancakes and waffles. You definately want to invest in a food processor. I use different fruits and veggies every time. Carrots, sweet potatoes, peaches, are my favs. She doesn't have a clue, and eats em up every time. Just be creative. After she ate i felt so proud of myself...if any mom has any questions, please feel free to ask, or if any mom has any other suggestions they'd like to contribute, feel absolutely free to do that as well...Peace and love to all!
