Hi ladies I'm 2months pregnant and a few weeks ago had some spotting, then last night brown spotting and today blood spotting not much, but I went and got a blood test done and go for another one on friday to make sure my levels are ok. Has anyone else had this experiaced this and it ended up to be nothing. Feeling scared

As far as I know, brown is fine, red is worrisome. If it's red and quite a bit, you should make sure you're hydrated and spend the next few days resting a lot. I personally wouldn't go to the hospital (except to get your levels checked on Friday) because the doctors can't do anything about it either way, and it will just be more traumatizing for you to go through all kinds of procedures if it does end up badly. It's all up to the baby at this point. It needs to burrow in and hang on, and if it can't, there's nothing we can do to help it. That's my understanding.
But I had spotting for two days with this pregnancy, and I'm now 4 months in and everything is going well. (I had a miscarriage before and it was spotting turning to heavier flow within a day or two, very different.) My friend had spotting throughout her entire first trimester, and she has a beautiful baby girl. So it's entirely possible that it's nothing to worry about.

Check with your OB. Some women have their actual period throughout their pregnancy. Everyone is different. Better safe then sorry though. Keep a log of what is going on so that when you do see your OB you have accurate record of what is going on so they will know how best to help you. If it gets worse get an earlier appointment or if it gets too bad go to the ER. Good Luck. I hope it turns out to be nothing serious.

Call your OB ASAP! Just to make sure that everything is ok. If the blood turns red, go to the ER or call your OB ASAP.

Thats what people keep telling me, but can't help but worry, I have a doctors app on wednesday next week, as long as it dosen't keep happening I'll just wait till then. Thanks for the info

Yes. It was nothing. My uterus was just weak and I started spotting a little. At least I think that's what they said. Something like that. I spotted for 2 weeks with my first. And 1 week with my second.
