my son is 15 months today and for the past few days hes been throwing total fits. 2 times it was right after he woke up from a nap he just screams and screams and refuses to take the bottle or food, if you try and hand him a toy he smacks it away. i dont know what to do :( hes also been whineing alot as well. Hes doing it right now, its been about 30 mins so far, hes in his bed right now becuase i couldnt handle it anymore and i feel like ive tried everything. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

my first thought was is he teething? That is how my daughter is when she is teething....A very unlikely but possible thing is that they are night terrors..which can be highly dangerous..but that is only if these fits happen after sleep!! my only advice is to keep track of the outbursts when they happen how long they are and then have a list of things you do every time they happen..and then take this information to a doctor if they do not stop!!
I might also take him for a walk when he is screaming or just outside..make him comfy and change his diaper and take his clothes off..sometimes this helps calm children down, since we all know that most HATE wearing clothes
