11 months and 2 days. the average age for children to walk is anywhere from 9 months to 18 months. I wouldn't worry to much about it.

My girls were right around 10.5 months when they took their first steps.  My son took his first step the day after he made 9 months.  He just keeps trying to keep up w/ his sisters.

My son is almost 14 months and he just started walking consistently in the last week.  He still falls a lot, but he's finally decided he prefers walking to crawling since he doesn't have to waste time getting down on his knees!

my son was about 15 1/2 months old. His first steps were at 15 months then he stopped for some reason and started again for about 2 weeks later at Christmas when all the family was around.

My son was almost 10 months when he began walking, and boy was I not ready for it...my little baby having such big boy steps! I wanted him to stay as "baby" as long as possible but he was always active and strong. But all babies hit their milestones on their own time which is normal, just always discuss any concernes with their doctor.

My now 2year old began walking just before 13 months. Don't worry if your daughter is not yet fully walking. It is typical for children to walk between 12 and 15months. Although alot of parents will tell you their child walked prior to a year and it i also not unheard of for a child to take until 18months to walk. If she is beginning to try to take steps, it sounds like she is well on her way! :)

My daughter didn't crawl until almost 7 months (she crawl at 5 months but decided to perfect sitting up unsupported so she could take breaks :) ) and then suddenly started walking between eight and nine months. she has never been content to be stationary though, she always had to be moving around somehow. before she crawled she rolled! haha

My son was 10 months old, but he did everything early. Most kids walk around their first birthday

I have 4 children. My oldest started walking at 11 months but the other 3 were later and later. my daughter didn't walk until 13 months, my son (now 3) walked at 14 months and our youngest (now 2) didn't walk until he was almost 16 months! It just depends on the child. Look out once they start walking..you will wish they weren't so mobile all the time. :-)

Every child is different.  My oldest son walked the day before his 15month birthday.  My youngest son started a little bit after his 13month birthday (he started to really move after his 14month birthday)

Mine finally walked at the end of 13 months. She had been pulling up and walking with help since she was 9 months, but wanted to perfect walking so she took her sweet time.

My first daughter was at 10 months only because she was around a lot of little kids that were starting to walk. My second started at about 13 months, I guess it just depends on the child. I also helped my children walk, I would lightly hold their hands and let them do the rest. They eventually got it. I wish you all the luck, and congrats on your little one learning to walk.
