Well, I thought it might help my older son to relax before sleeping but it just didn´t work out. It actually seems impossible with two toddlers and the daddy comes home at very different times each day...

I read a bit about it before our son was born and was going to do it but just didnt seem to have the time etc. I was planning to use it to help him relax before bedtime etc. I wish I had done it now as he doesn't really like me touching him much. If I rub his back or give him a mini back massage he hates it! Next baby I will try and do it and see if there is a difference.

I think the it's kind of silly as well. If it helps for gas that's great, but I know how to cuddle and rub my baby without having to read an instruction manual. If it's something you are into, that's fine. But not for me.

kinda silly, but I know lots of moms find it useful for... gas relief, bonding, etc.
