I have a 2 1/2 year old, my pediatrician referred Similasan. They have either a Cough Relief or Cold & Mucus relief. It is safe for kids 2 and older. I have used it a handful of times on my daughter and it seems to really help her out. They sell it at the local grocery store, its pretty cheap too!! Here is the link so you can read more if you are interested: http://www.similasanusa.com/our-products... Good luck, hope your little one gets better soon!!! :)

if he's over 1 or 2, a tablespoon of local honey, and if he's in pain, tylenol, but no cold medicines until 6.
