steamed broccoli, rigatoni, I make a big stack of whole wheat pancakes wrap them in parchment paper and zip loc and store in freezer. take one out and 30 seconds in microwave and instant breakfast! Honey whole wheat bread! string cheese cut into small pieces...just start encouraging your little one to chew as soon as the molars come in!!

I started my daughters on finger foods at 10 months. So pretty much any table food you eat cut into small pieces. I would stay away from raw veggies though. But anything else, like chicken, mashed potatoes, beans (chopped up) any kind of meat chopped up. Steamed veggies chopped etc....
