What to do when your 19 month old outgrows the playpen for naps at daycare?

I have 19 month old twins that have almost outgrown their playpens. They are 34" and when they stretch out in the playpen, their heads and feet pretty much are touching the ends. They end up sleeping all scrunched up. But, since they are so young, I am not sure what a good alternative is. They are too young for a toddler bed or to nap on the floor at daycare, and daycare doesn't have cribs for them.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

yeah, we switched our twins to toddler beds at 18 mos. and they did fine. We switched them again to twin-sized beds at 2 years. At daycare they had mats on the floor with all the other kids. they slept great. :)
let them try it out, they might surprise you. :)

At my son's daycare the children in the 1 to 2 year old room all sleep on mats on the floor. I thought for sure he would never stay on his mat, but he did. He started daycare at 16 months and has been napping on a mat ever since (he's now 3 1/2)
