Hi all, i was hoping u could help me as my 23month old son isnt well at the moment and its been 4days now that he hasnt eaten anything, i know he will eat when he wants to but what kind of food do u offer ur child if they arent well, dont want to give him anything thats too heavy, any suggestion would be great. thank u x :)

my 21 mo. daughter is also under the weather and not eating as much as usual. She ate applesauce, bananas, cheese and maple cream-or-wheat for me yesterday. making sure they get fluids is most important.

thanks very much the popsicles went down a treat, he loved it and wasnt sick afterwards woohoo so thanks again :)

crackers, toast, popsicles, sherbert, pedialyte, juice. My daughter likes to eat alot of popsicles when she isnt feeling well,I try to buy the sugar free, made with real fruit kind. It is more important that a child stays hydrated when sick, so I offer her alot of juice or water.
