ours were in day care which helped, other kids were tryin as well, as home I got 2 potty chairs and put them side by side. As a reward they could have 2 jelly beans for number one and 4 jelly beans for number 2. Then I moved up to stickers, which can be displayed on a paper to show them how many times they go each day. Ours competed so it worke out great.
